When will I receive my order?
For standard orders, production time is currently 2-3 weeks for shipment. Pre-orders, production time is currently 4-6 weeks to ship..
In regards to customized shot glass orders, what should I expect after I submit the form online?
After submission, you will receive a customized order form to fill out to its entirety. Once completed, an invoice will be sent to the provided email address. The invoice must be paid within 48 hours.
Is it only shot glasses that can be customized?
No. However, due to the high volume of orders I will only be selling what is offered. Additional upcoming services will be announced in our newsletter or by staying up to date on IG:Hausofculture.
When can I expect a response to my questions ?
24-48 hours.
What happens to my order if I entered the wrong shipping address at checkout?
Please verify your shipping address before and AFTER you order. If the wrong address is provided, please message us with the correct address within a few minutes from placing your order. All orders are shipped to the shipping address, so please verify. If the wrong address is provided and not corrected quickly, then the person at your old address will enjoy your shot glasses, on you.
What should I do if my order gets damaged upon delivery?
If your order is damaged in shipping, please contact us or email me within 24 hours of it being delivered. I will quickly send a replacement , at no cost to you. Just send a picture of the damaged product to our email, so we’ll know where we need to make it stronger and where to apply extra packaging.
PRE-ORDER POLICY
Please read these terms carefully before submitting your pre-order of any Haus Of Culture products. By submitting your pre-order, you agree to be legally bound by these terms.
SECTION 1 - PRE-ORDER REGISTRATION
When placing a pre-order, you will be required to provide certain information, such as your address and billing information. You represent and warrant that all such information is accurate, and you shall ensure that such information is kept current. The company shall have no responsibility or liability for inaccurate information or information that later becomes outdated, and shall have no obligation to make efforts to determine the correct contact or shipping information. You can update your information at any time prior to your product being shipped by sending an e-mail to hausofculture@gmail.com.
SECTION 2 - PAYMENT
You will be charged at the time of placing a pre-order. All pre-orders are handled through the Stripe payment platform. Methods of payment accepted are Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover, and others as made available. Your placing of a pre-order constitutes your agreement to the company charging of your provided payment method at such time. The purchase price does not include shipping and taxes, which are your responsibility.
SECTION 3 - SHIPPING
The products will be shipped in the order in which your pre-order is received by the Company. Shipments will be made Monday – Friday, excluding holidays, unless otherwise noted. We aim to ship all orders within in 2-4 weeks after we receive the order.
SECTION 4 - NO CANCELLATION / REFUND
When you pre-order an item from Haus Of Culture, it is hand crafted and reserved exclusively for you. Once you place your order, your order is final sale. If for any reason we cannot fulfill your order, a full refund will be issued.
SECTION 5 - DELIVERY CLAIMS
If you are experiencing a non-delivery you must contact us within 10 days to file a claim. We will assist you in working with the carrier to complete the claims process. (Please note claims can take up to 30 days to complete depending on the shipping carrier used).
Did not receive your package?
Haus Of Culture does not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been reported as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, you must contact the United States Postal Service directly at 1-800-ASK-USPS® (1-800-275-8777). Any lost, stolen, or damaged packages must be reported as a claim.
SECTION 6 - ENTIRE AGREEMENT
The failure of us to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these pre-order terms and conditions shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. These terms of service and any policies or operating rules posted by us on this site or in respect to the service constitutes the entire agreement and understanding between you and us and govern your use of the Service, superseding any prior or contemporaneous agreements, communications and proposals, whether oral or written, between you and us (including, but not limited to, any prior versions of the Terms of Service).
